My dear readers, you all might have noticed that I love doing sports, but actually, I don’t look as if it was so. That does not mean that I am fat to the max, but I just don’t wear sporty clothes. I barely wear sneakers and I just cannot stand those super fresh coloured t-shirts Tommy Hilfiger. I don’t go to gym with my fashionable silver peep toes but I neither wear my Nike Shirt on the street as well. There are loads of girls looking totally sexy in sporty clothes, but apparently I am not one of them. It seems as if I just need my heels or earrings to shine…Do you prefer sporty clothes above preppy things or are there more girls like me?

Some of you might think that I am a typical London Girl. But Going Shopping and hanging aound in the park are not the only leisure time activities that I do. Besides working for a design agency all of my heart belongs to my dog and finally to surfing. Few of you might do not know that you do not need to live in Australia to do the surfing. Wind- and Kitesurfing can both be practiced on nearly every place on earth. For me, Kitesurfing is the best way of riding the waves, but in the end, everybody has to decide for him- or herself which kind of surfing he prefers. I would like to see more girls on the surfspots of this world, so come on and learn it girls!

I love love love lazy Sundays like this one I just have nothing to do but hang around and meeting friends. I think I will spend the afternoon down at the river reading books and stupid girls magazines in the sun. I can’t imagine that anybody is really interested in minimizer bra or the latest beauty trends. I mean, I have nothing against beauty and stuff but the articles in fashion magazines are mostly extremely bad. I don’t know any woman that likes to wear orange eye shadow or black lip stick. Anyway- I hope you’ll enjoy this nice afternoon as much as I do!

I think that I know what women like to buy the most. It’s not shoes, although you might think so- it is accessories and jewelry.  And why is that? Because these things are a lot cheaper than shoes or handbags. You can get earrings or bracelets for only a few euros and accessories although being cheap can create a whole new outfit. Whenever a woman needs a new style, she can just go and get herself a new scarf. That’s all. At the moment statement jewelry is super trendy. The bigger it is, the better it looks is the motto. A big golden necklace highlights every basic shirt and is subtle, too.  So what do you want more?

With such a wonderful weather, it is really a great pleasure to have a long ride through the city with a bike. Last week I went to work by bicycle and I felt a bit sweaty afterwards, but actually it felt good also. I wasn’t tired at all and in general I was in a very good mood, so I could bear m colleagues endless monologues about her sons kids ski socks. When I went back home it was even better. It needed less time than going by means of public transport and I decided that there was no need to go to gym that evening. Since then I go always got to work by bike, and trust me- you should too! It gives you a hint of summer even if you are in the bureau the whole day!

Hallo my dear readers! Did I tell you that I love fleamarkets? I do. In the last weeks I went nearly every week on a fleamarket or any other market which you can find here in London. I just enjoy seeing all this random stuff that people offer. Okay, most things are kind of crappy, but in the end I always find something what I either need or like. Last Saturday I bought a wonderful old schoolbag which is vintage to the max and some completely new running shorts from Nike. The schoolbag is perfect for going to work and it looks like the one my mother had when she went to primary school. The nicest fleamarket I’ve ever been too, was the big one in Berlin by the way. There, you can not only go shopping but also have a drink, listen to music or play Karaokee!

As you all know by now, I am really happy about the good weather at the moment, but I have a small problem though. I don’t have the right shoes. And this time , this is no excuse so I can go shopping. It is because I can’t see my winter boots anymore. I nearly wore them every day in the past so month and all of my summer shoes which re left over from last season are…what should I say…worn out or something. Anyway I am now thinking about buying me some new ankle boots, which are simple enough to wear them every day. The alternative would be to get some leather care products, but dudes, you don’t know how lazy I am. I wish you all a nice weekend!

Good evening guys! I can’t believe that it’s finally summer again. Okay, some of you might call it spring, but I don’t care. I am full of energy even though the semester has just begun and I have to stand up very early again. I even started jogging again! My dog loves it too, by the way. At the moment, I am not equipped well for jogging. I only have a pair of very expensive running shoes but no functional sport wear or support underwear. When the weather turns bad again I am going to change this. What gadgets do you use for doing sports? Do you think everything you can buy for sport is really necessary?

Dear readers, today I want to introduce you to one of my favorite spring trends- the colored jeans. Everybody loves jeans. If you wanted to count how many people are wearing jeans in the public bus, you would quickly notice that is a nearly impossible task. The blue jeans are for sure one of the most popular fashion items at all, but now this might change. This summer we will wear our dearly beloved jeans in bright colors like red, orange or any other pastel color, which are also called “candy colors”. You can pair your colored jeans with everything you want, from a plain white blouse to brightly printed knitwear. If you need some more inspirations, take a look over here!

I can’t tell you how happy I am about the fact that March is over now. Okay, this year March bought a lot of sunshine and warm wind with it, but unfortunately I’ve been sick for nearly two weeks last month, so I couldn’t really enjoy the good weather. So now, I am really looking forward to April (as every year). Can you guess why? I think April for real is spring. The first outdoor flea markets will take place and there is the long Easter weekend which I am going to spend in Italy with my family. My aunt has a nice little shop in which you can get the cutest silk socks which you can imagine. I will show you some pictures of this shop later, I promise!
